It is a coastal town on the northwest portion of Tablas Island. It is bounded on the north by the Calatrava, on the south by Odiongan, on the east by San Agustin and on the west by the Tablas Strait. San Andres has a land area of 75.50 sq. km.

* San Fernando is a 4th class municipality in the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 21,214 people in 4,159 households.
Variant Romblomanon language locally called Sibuyanon dialect (Sibuyanon Magdiwang-España Style) is the native language in 4 eastern barangays of the municipality, while the rest speaks Sibuyanon (Sibujanon Azagra-San Fernando Style).

* San Jose is a municipality in the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 8,226 people in 1,467 households.
Onhan / Taga-onhan or Inunhan (Hambilanon style) is the native language of the islands inhabitants.

* Santa Fe is a municipality in the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 14,140 people in 2,636 households.
Onhan / Taga-onhan or Inunhan (Loocnon style) is the native language of the municipality's inhabitants with considerable number of Romblomanon or Ini local speakers in the two barangays of Guinbirayan and Guintigbasan respectively.

* Santa Maria is a 5th class municipality in the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 7,324 people in 1,476 households.
Onhan / Taga-onhan or Inunhan (Alcantaranhon style) is the native language of majority of its inhabitants while Romblomanon or Ini is the native tongue in 2 northern barangays of Bonga and Santo Niño(Bitaugan).
